Are We in a Bear Market or Are We Ain't Over?

I've never seen rambas as negative on the outlook. The bears are in control, and there's no indication that we'll get back to even a flat line soon. So am now the question is, what do i think will happen? It could go either way. We don't know. But whichever it is, it's not over. And so if anything, this presentation is building up to it.
