Twitter's Custom Built Timeline

Twitter is testing a new feature that lets users create circles of followers. Madeline says it could be used for VIP clients, special clients or people who want to know about certain things like product drops. Twitter has also been experimenting with custom built timelines where you can have curated feeds by interest.
