Rudy Giuliani collaborated with active Russian agent, Andre Durkach, a Ukrainian lawmaker to spread anti-Biden material during Trump's impeachment. The Treasury Department said that Durkach waged a covert influence campaign centered on cultivating false and unsubstantiated narratives concerning U.S. officials in the 2020 presidential election.
