The Servant Leader
I'm definitely a fan of the servant leader sort of approach. I realized that there's so much more that a team can do than one person can do in its own. You know, if I can get our team to be very, you know, to empower them and to develop them, I think that that's what it will just make us bigger. There are times when I feel a flip at somebody else is taking some credit for work that I've done, but it's not something that I'm striving for.
