Do not pitch people right out of the gate when you first connect with them, unless they're asking for it. Discernment is sort of figuring out where i am. It's almost in it. I know it from a religious standpointe as part of a programme i made in my church. What are we called to that's discernment, trmening? We want to do what our customers want us to do. Yawn about that.
