Is There a Design Problem With the Reimbursement Programme?
There seems to be some genuine lack of state capacity with the government of ragestan when it comes to monitoring private hospitals, right? Matter how high you set the rates, right, there might always be some incentive to upcord. Some of this needs to be figured out through a monitoryg mechanism or, you know, some system. The third is, of course, market competition, right? Which is, as you find, the more competition there is, the greater the concentration of health care providers. You know, more of the ben fits of the of rate increases get passed on to the customers or the patients.
