How Do You Know if You're Still Watching?

It becomes too much work to just to use the software if you have to do it. A good hint might be when Netflix says, are you still watching? Nobody else is being answered. And can really help you understand how you're spending your time. So that was an interesting discussion. Makes me want to go back to the 12 week year.
