The more people you add to a conspiracy, the greater the chance of defection. I think everyone has some just baseline probability of defecting no matter how many incentives you put on them. Now, where exactly that couple point is is kind of unknown, right? It depends on what procedures you have and how easy is is to actually expose the conspiracy.
