The BRICS Summit on Climate Change

More than 50 heads of state met in Paris for a summit for a new global financing pact. One of the suggestions for generating trillions of dollars needed to transform the financial system and the world along with it is to tax the biggest polluters, particularly fossil fuel companies. There have also been discussions on taxing ships, transporting goods. All of this is leading up to the roadmap, it's basically a roadmap of the pact.
