Studying for 12 Hours a Day

There's this whole culture, meam out there, of these super studiers titlake, look, i'm going to study for 12 hours. Tein: You should not be studying eight hours a day. Use good techniques a reasonable amont of time each day and then use the rest of your time for something else that's important or meaningful. Next question is about embracing boredom.
