Law is always viewed as a set of binding rules that apply to interpersonal relationships in society. Law should be seen as the development of finer and finer detaild laws or rules, he says. Over time they do get fleshed out, and so the law gets more and more detailed - which is good because it means there's legal certainty. But nowadays these systems organically are submerged with huge schemest the bureaucrats come up with new laws such as animal rights laws.
