How Do You Forecast Where the Inertia Is?

If you can anticipate it before, then that's going to drive better behaviour in terms of the way you're going to present this. These things are always easier to manage when you can spot them and deal with them up front. Once they have presented themselves, they are much more challenging to try to put back in the box. Sometimes once they show up or exasperate, the dam is already done. But just having the advanced forecasting and trying to put in place some tactics to mitigate them up front is far more productive than trying to solve them as problems later.
