The clergy consultation service started popping up in the late sixties and into the seventies. It connected what is estimated to be hundreds of thousands of women with access to safe abortions. Since row has decided, states have passed more than 13 hundred restrictions on abortion. And nearly 90 % of us don't have a clinic that offers abortion.
