Is Visual Culture a Best Hope in the Forensic World?

David Routh Litchfield: I think we are living in a world in which trying to navigate this become somehow more and more both inevitable but also completely slippery. The visualizations of COVID-19 are very highly constructed, they're very susceptible to analysis in terms of visual rhetoric,. So that's an approach which has led me to some very paradoxical conclusions. But despite the fact that those things can always become a rhetoric, there is a foundation in something other than the rhetorical. Oh well, I guess this is not the interview where we end with things looking simpler than when we started. David, thank you very much for your work and thank you for our conversation.
