Athletes tend to become a function of what they trained in. Some people can do two thirds of the weight that they can do with two hands with one hand, and there are some people who can do less than half. It's very important to train both hands in grip because it's rarethat there are not that many events that are just one handed event. Soa training both hands wolt be important. You've said make sense if they're used to training n a certain way, that'll show hin the lift. I'd say one hand of the lifts are a little more common but not that much.
