While I do believe that people that heal from burnout contribute to their workplaces in a different way, there are huge percentages of us right now that are already burnt out and need tools to actually recover. So this is a plea to everyone that works in burnout. Please know and use in your marketing really clearly whether you work with burnout prevention or burnout recovery. These are very, very different scales and require different tools.
