How to Have a Great Intermittent Fast
The trick with the 16 eight fast is because you do it every day. The original 24 hour fast that I spoke about the once per week and the twice per week, they're only done once or twice per week. You want to get into a state, a fastest state of extended duration. During your fast, I recommend drinking a lot of water. If you want to drink either caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee, go for it. It's okay to drink tea, both caffeine rich and caffeine free. And you can even snack on some non-starchy vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli and cucumbers and tomatoes which are very low in their calorie intake.
