The Effect of the Hurricane on the Music Scene

Is it too soon to talk about the effect ofe, the storm, on the music scene there? I mean, icd imagine that without electricity, there ar no pla. You can't play music. Some of the venues probably have been destroyed. Do anybody have any idea what kind of effect it's having? It was refreshing to see the vilios of him singing in the plaza. And and there's alsove been some other people playing a bomba and rumba and plena. So i think it could be a little more unpluged music.
