I Think the Normal Oversight of the Department of Defense Is Not Going to Get Communicated the Same Way That the Authorization for Military Force Is.
I think that emphasizing our relationship to the curds and and helping them as much as possible might be a safer alternative there. We've been fighting this radical islamis ideology for 14 hundred years. And so without defining enemy, or essentially by that ideology, it's difficult for me to know how that we engaged them strategically me we've fought terrorism tactically very successfully. But i think that we'e failed to engage them strategically.
