I think the rosary is a kind of military prayer. It's like a rowing hymn which if the Vikings had known the proclamation of our lord Jesus christ they would have used in the seventh century as they went from island to island. There's something about that's martial and I think that you can employ all those different elements in the way in which you You know you'll lead your family and kind of command the troops Yeah it is and what we've talked about it being a spiritual combat We're talking about helping you grow in virtue and meditate on the life of christ and all those things.
