The Importance of Meals at Thanksgiving

Manacati is a savory crepe stuffed with ricotta and put like meat sauce on top of. My mom makes them from scratch but I think she actually makes the batter and then it runs into the machine or the cranky thing. Manacati shells are based on Pizza places in Chicago verse, so that's all garden and stuff like that It's always weird because I grew up with a certain terminology for Italian food that I've come to realize is not the common terminology.
