In every deconstruction story he's ever listened to, there is a theme that runs through absolutely every story and that is sexual freedom. The instinct from the deconstructionist to disconnect from their Christian friends and from their churches is so strong. So it's sex. This is what is underneath every deconstruction stories that I've listened to. Even if the person themselves is not struggling with their sexuality or their gender or something, there's the presupposition that the Bible is wrong about sex.
