How to Make Meal Plans That Work for Any Diet
There is no one true diet, there never will be. There are no real short cuts to losing fat and building muscle. Food choices aren't as important as macnutrients and energy balance. If you eat too many calories for long enough, you will gain weight. And if you eat fewer calories than your burnig if you restrict your calories for longenough, you will lose weight period.
