The Role of COO in the Transition to Elder

The COO title is like one that can encompass so many different things and it very much depends on the company. So I wore a lot of different hats that changed pretty much every six months or so. For us, CARES was everything from hiring and the training and ensuring that our CARES were well equipped to do their work. And then we helped to get across the country to maybe a remote place in Scotland within a day. But there was also a big logistical element because they had to go and be matched to people sometimes very last minute that needed care. Even though we didn't get involved in the clinical care ourselves, we did have a clinical team of course to ensure that we had
