Is China a One Party State?
Is the Chinese government blessed with this sort of long term thinking about some product of their millennium long history? Or are they just scratching around like politicians over else trying to work out to get through the next week? I understand the question and it's a very good one. We do frequently get the impassion, not only that regimes like the POC and North Korea have this ability to really plan in the long term. But there's something else happening.
