I'm at a Seven, Right? Yeah, That's a Heat Map
For me, the way I experience it, it's almost more of like a heat map. And so I actually literally try to feel my back. And that back gives me the strength that gives me pause. Another thing that I can heat map sometimes is when I feel my like lower limbic lower left,. Like I literally will try to heat map myself over to my right side. What I'm looking for is a softening, like I'm trying to find my heart. So it's, I guess it's sort of as a visualization, but it feels more kinesthetic. It feels more full body. Something I'm doing inside my body, which matches that this we really are talking
