Is 2020 the Year of Regulation and Legislation?

The Financial Stability Oversight Council has expressed some concern about contagion and stability risks in crypto. The bill is still being drafted, but there was some additional urgency after TerraUSD collapsed. It will also depend on how the midterm elections shape up and what the makeup of Congress is next year. And I think there are some too who say, look, the traditional financial sectors haven't gotten that involved in crypto yet.
