Is There an Inherent Evil in a Magnisterial Document?

Pius XI is the first place where you see intrinsically evil in a magisterial document. The school of thought that came to be known as proportionalism actually has its origins in an article by Peter Nower, K-N-A-U-E-R. It was condemned by Veritati Splendor in 1993 and then it died a pretty quick death.
