The last week or so has seen at ange spate of articles about so called elite evangelicalism. Is there a possibility of engaging culture without appealing to it? Or will a desire to appeal to culture always require an abdication of what makes gospel christianity stand apart from the world? Well, that's a good question, dick, and don't forget it,. But i think we need to go back and talk about this concept of con elite evangelical in the first place. So jade talked to me about the connection points between culture, evangelicalism and the gospel.
