How to Humanize a Customer

A customer is not a one size fitzall. Oftentimes you have variants of a customer who might have slightly different needs than another customer. We actually go through a process where we have developed what we refer to as personas, which i'm sure most of your audience is familiar with that. And we will give them actual names, so we can pick any name you want to help humanize your persona.
