How to Deal With an Upholder
Gretchen: How do we work with and communicate with upholders? If I find that, okay, my assistant is an upholder. Is there some sort of communication tactic that might be more effective with somebody who says, Nope, I've got this obligation or I've got that obligation? Gretchen: The thing about a pollers is they're readily meet outer expectations and inner expectations. They tend not to do well in situations where there's like a high need for flexibility.
