Nothing is more important in life to me than sleep. So I typically allocate around 90 minutes from the time I arrive home from meetings or work and wind down. And so I do oral health regimen and then I stretch, read, hang out with my son. We talk about the days events and we just try to relax for the hour before. It's very hard. I mean, it's so systematized like I do things just by muscle memory.
