The Importance of Listening

I'm actually not a natively great listener. I genuinely don't think that's something that was like handed to me or even from these early encounters, maybe there's elements of that of what I would say more so like analyzing the world. But I actually think there's a difference between analyzing the world and like listening when someone's speaking especially as a podcast host. The most important skills I'm learning now are these soft skills of like listening, becoming a better speaker, right, like relating to people.
