The difficulty, the practical difficulties of instructional coaching are vast. I don't think it's going to be soon that we would do that with our staff,. In terms of our HRTAs, not the rest of our staff, in terms of HRT as a whole. And so for that reason, firstly, it might mean that my instructional coaching doesn't have this set in stone regular time slot. It's just more of a commitment that I know what I know at any given moment. I've been supported to have to see that modeled and to have the chance to practice that.
