Is It Easier to Eat Healthy Than Not Eating?

Exercising most days of the week and eating well 90% of the time is not easy. It's so much easier just to have a pizza at night, a muffin coffee in the morning, and buying a sandwich or something at lunch. But over time, those things are going to run you down. They really are. And you're certainly not going to have the energy then to want to exercise. So eating healthy, it definitely takes more work than not exercising.
