Buying a House and Selling It in Two Years?

People who are buying a house with the idea of making money now, or moving into it now, but it may not be there forever. For your clients, they're already there. They have built all of their wealth, and now they're starting their retirement. So for me to move every two years is very different from somebody who's buying a ready made house and moving in, doing nothing, and then selling it in two years cause they've decided that they don't like it any more.
