The Infallibility of Tradition

The four gospels, Acts, Pauline Epistles, Catholic Epistles and Revelation are all the infallible word of God. The question remains for the Protestant: How do you know which apostolic writings are actually dogmatically binding and infallible as opposed to just authoritative historical witnesses?
