A lot of our recommendations come out of the communication areas. And i would say, am many of the ways i've failed in the pastr all related to not listening to customers in the right way. Am an asking enough questions? Like a business user knows what they want in their mind. We think about our job so much of it is communicating insights and, you know, information,. like taking the raw data and shaping it to what the customer wants to see.
