The Future of Commercial Real Estate

Ed Glaser is a professor of economics at Harvard and he's studied cities for more than 30 years. He says that the price should fall, meaning commercial rents should fall to the point in which offices more or less get occupied again. But it's hard to tell exactly how much those prices need to fall, because just data on up-to-date commercial rents is hardly the easiest thing to work with.
