What Advice Would You Give to Your First Year Teacher?

I am so excited about the provisional world children's parliament. This is vision for kind of a u n of children, with representatives from all over the world representing the needs of children to the united nations. And i'm currently working on a grant to help fund more administrative support to help teach children sociocracy. I haven't yet read or spoken to geraldine roy or becky bailey, so i'll have to check those ones out.
