The NLU system is the first part, right? And the rest of everything builds around it. First thing is you need to have huge channel connectors layer where it just connects with so many channels across. The conversation itself has multiple steps involved. For example, if it is an insurance company, you will be ringing your insurance policy. That itself is a huge workflow. So how do you build those workflows? I mean, that is the next big thing. We started off saying that we'll build workflows by coding the workflows ourselves. But for the kind of scale that we're looking at, we have 600 plus customers a few years ago itself.
