How to Pitch to a Room and Not Tear It Apart
If you're writing a comedy it's hard to tell what your type of comedy is and then does it read on the page. The other problem with pitching is when you go pitch to the room you're inviting criticism if you go make it and show it to them you're saying here's what I have how can we make it better not tear it apart and make it something it's not entirely. All the famous people get the most reads but like if you're listening or reading this and you're not already in the industry you need to be listening to people who got their first movie made that's a more important story for you.
