What Happened After Elise Rapp?
After Elise Rapp in the summer of 1975, there were a number of other victims I identified for after Elise Rapp that would be Marlene Annabelle, who was 26. Mary Coppola, who was 15, Michelle Winters, who was 17, and another possible victim, Annie Mims, who was 31. These were very young girls. And I was kind of shocked that it didn't get front page attention. It's really just shocked me and kind of outraged me that these girls were so young. They weren't flat tire. That ruse was not used again only on those two victims,. The bodies continued to be found in canals.
