What Is a Loonate?

The word loonate means to cover something in a full point, if it has to do with lubrication. I think it does have to do with the moon, or like a piece of a moon,. It's not a lunar, but a loonate. Make something moist, loonates. Oh, I'm sorry to anybody who doesn't like that word moist. I don't know why you don't likes that word, but there's people out there.
