How Do We Get It Faster?
It's interesting one of the things that really caught my eye is that we've lost the value of time. The Soviets believed that a force acting twice as fast was five times as effective and yet we now have a process that is slowly over time grown longer and longer. But how do we get it faster? Well the main thing actually is to impose a requirement that it should be fast.
