The Problem With the Planning System in the Soviet Union

Hoarding was pervasive because you were in this constant sort of shortage. The only way that coordination could actually happen is through the black market. Well they barely managed to plan the fucking bullshit output like I wasn't gonna plan the like the reallocation of the thing then that's way beyond the the capability. Yeah no it all just is a black market allocation that has to happen because you can't like the planning system cannot coordinate itself in any efficient way at all.
