The Importance of a Complete Picture of WhatsApp

WhatsApp is very much used for policymaking today. It's not tangential, it is at the heart of government. I'm also interested to know whether other encrypted apps like Signal and Telegram are being sort of pro for this information. There has yet to be one official WhatsApp message released by number 10 in any capacity as part of any public finding. And I think that just smacks of contempt for the engagements of the public on these issues.
