Rules Need to Be Fluid
Rules have to be fluid, otherwise you're dogmatic, right? Say, here are the rules forever. They can never change. And if you become dogma ic, than you interrupt that process of adaptation. Rit ever, rules are agreed to by the collective, they need to for the collective to operate optimaly. All of the members, the individuals in the collective, need to adhere to those rules.
