The Politicized Gateway to Impeachment

If fraud as a legal term is elastic enough to encompass what Trump has done, it scares me for the kind of legal partisan arms race that will follow from this. I mean, we are now in a position in which if Biden were to be impeached, Trump, of course, was impeached twice and Bill Clinton impeached once. There were two presidents between Clinton and Trump who were not impeached,. though there was talk of impeaching George W. Bush at various points during his presidency.
