The Australian Open is the first major tennis tournament to allow openly gay players. Mylisa corney and her team have been wearing rainbow wristbands all day. A video was released showing security staff confiscating a tea shirt of pungent political content. Amalie Mauresmo has spoken out about it, saying she feels 'pathetic' for those who are forced to live with their sexual orientation in silence.
